ATRICK MOFFITT
has over twenty years experience developing people and technology to meet a wide variety of challenging business objectives. As an Application Architect, Manager, Instructional Designer and Consultant he has successfully led major technology projects and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions on-time and in-budget.
As Application Architect for a small software company, Patrick manages the company's portfolio of projects as well as developing its staff through technology leadership, performance appraisals, coaching, and recruiting. He controls the company's day-to-day operations through project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and defining business priorities. He enjoys working closely with a diverse staff of talented programmers and artists to create innovative and functional solutions for a wide range of customers.
Patrick also manages the company's customer relationships. He works closely with customers to define features, requirements and business rules then he translates these into functional specifications, timelines, budgets and other project design documents. Using strong verbal and written communications skills, Patrick keeps both senior management and customers well informed of project status and work results.
Patrick is also an experienced programmer with more than twenty years experience in a variety of languages. For the last five years Patrick has been working in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.

Patrick's education includes a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an M.A. in Education and Instructional Technology from San Jose State University.
PERSONAL
When Patrick isn't working he donates much of his free time to the Boy Scouts of America. He is currently Scout Master Emeritus of Troop 422 in Bernville. He also served as District Commissioner for many years receiving the Distinguished Commissioner and District Award of Merit recognitions for his efforts.
