Merra Lee believes that financial planning is about a personʼs values not just their money. Her focus is on protecting your purchasing power, not simply the principal. She feels it is important to develop the right retirement plan for your situation using techniques to manage taxes, access to money, market volatility, and adverse possibilities.
Everything you need and all you want to do - plan to have it. Would you build a house without a blueprint or plan a road trip without a map? Most of us will live 20 years or more past our fulltime career.
“While 65% of my clients are business owners, the others are their parents, employees, brothers, sisters, and grown children theyʼve referred. Iʼm both honored and humbled to be entrusted with their familiesʼ futures.”

ATRICK MOFFITT
has over 20 years of experience in computer systems hardware and software. He specializes in software development for eCommerce applications. His technical expertise includes PHP, MySQL, HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apache, SunOS/Solaris, Linux, Samba, Unix Shell, and PC Hardware. He is also an experienced Technical Writer and Instructional Designer.
In recent projects he has created innovative software solutions for emerging online markets. Patrick designed and built a search engine-friendly and tasteful advertising web-site called BerksCountyWeddings.com for Kennedy Enterprises, Inc. The technology he developed allows KEI to maximize advertising revenue while still providing brides with a satisfying user experience. A browser-based image cropping tool enables the bride-to-be to upload and crop her engagement photo for display with her engagement announcement. This simple-to-use tool combines a JavaScript bounding-box function with PHP's GD graphics functions to crop and resize uploaded images. A separate administrative interface provides their sales staff with CRM functionality and the ability to add, edit, and delete advertising without knowing any web programming.
Patrick is also the programmer behind a new osCommerce store called Transmission-Specialties.com. This site is one of the few places on the Internet to offer automatic transmissions, parts, accessories, and services online. For this store Patrick implemented the back-end database in Unicode to provide future support for European languages. He updated the BAX Global and Con-Way shipping modules to provide international rate quotes and he created a Zip code to city and state lookup feature that uses XML to interface directly with the United States Post Office.
Recently Patrick designed and built two MySQL databases and a PHP user access control system for First HSA. One database provides users a searchable directory of High Deductible Health Plan providers to assist users in locating a local insurance provider. The second database contains prices for various medical procedures to help them budget their medical expenses.
In the past Patrick assisted the Hewlett Packard Company with the addition of a new online customer service technology to their global support operations. He created a help-desk and information systems infrastructure for Mayan Networks. He has written courseware for Vitria Technology, Washington Mutual, Sempra Fiber Links, Sun Microsystems, The Santa Cruz Operation and others. He also developed software to provide factory configuration training for Proctor & Gamble.
Before starting his own business, Patrick was General Manager of Knowledge Networks, a consulting company specializing in designing and implementing automated customer support solutions for large businesses. While there he designed the support systems architecture for Ascend Communications and Los Angeles Cellular Telephone.
Prior to Knowledge Networks Patrick worked for Sun Microsystems, first as a Training Designer for SunU's Information Resources department and then as SunSoft's Manager of Course Development. Patrick was responsible for course development, the train-the-trainer program, and the training rollout when Sun made its switch from SunOS to the Solaris operating system. At SunSoft he managed the design and development of training programs for all Sun's software products worldwide. Patrick was also responsible for developing the Solaris System Administration Test, a software-based performance test for system administrators.
Before working for Sun, Patrick was a Curriculum Developer for The Santa Cruz Operation, Inc. He designed UNIX curricula for system and network administrators. He also developed some of the first SCO Advanced Certified Engineer (ACE) certification tests.
Patrick's education includes a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an M.A. in Education and Instructional Technology from San Jose State University. Current studies include Java, J2EE, Struts, Ajax, SOA and JDBC/XML database programming.
When Patrick isn't working he donates much of his free time to The Boy Scouts of America. He is currently Scout Master of Troop 422 in Bernville.
